in other news, i called richard from johnny two thumbs today and he said his partners aren't so keen on taking on apprentices 'coz they view them as competition. but he says i'm more than welcome to visit the shop and sit with him while he tattoos other people, which really is more than i could ask for i suppose. i told him i'd be in sg end of year and he said "great, come visit us then. at least ming knows u, he won't mind so much".
small kink in plans. BUT never fear. plan b is to design a new tattoo to cover up my old tattoo and bring it to them, then while i'm getting it done, i can talk to him !! tadaaaa foot in door.

new web browser !! mozilla firefox it's called, and it's fantastic !! very user-friendly =)) happy joy. everything is perfect and in order for now .. with the exception of a few outstanding ( in the incomplete sense, not the fantastic sense) assignments. mm girlie has a plan and that plan better bloody work out.
the plan:
finish bachelor env. des degree. then whinge to parents about "burn out" and the need for a "gap year"..then (granted richard says ok and all other aspects are satisfactory), girlie will be off to singapore to do a tattoo artist apprenticeship.
if that's not a plan, i don't know what is !!
please please Catholic/Protestant/Tattoo/they're all the same(?) God let this work out. i want to be a tattoo artist sooooo baaaaaaad ... granted this yearning is only 2 nights old, and the plan, barely 3 hours (thanks to adit and his subtle scheming ways). but i have gut feeling that says "go for it !!" ... the original plan was to call richard tomorrow, and by hook or by crook fly there immediately. but yes, good sense prevailed. or rather, slightly better sense =DD

seen on the way home: 2 very mature-looking children .. they were small, like normal child-sized people but with such adult faces i thougth for a moment they wre very well-proportioned midgets. cute *lol*
currently eating: cadbury chocolate mousse and miaowmiaow chicken-flavoured crackers. miaowmiaow being the brand and not a reference to what the crackers are made of. i hope. because they *are* from malaysia. -runs from angry malaysians-

seen on the way home: two little boys with really mature faces.. for a moment i thought i'd seen two really well-proportioned midgets (i mean, little people) who looked exactly the same. then i realized they were brothers with um ... really mature faces.
